I first came across Rovina Cai's work when I saw her illustrations in the book 'And The Ocean Was Our Sky' by Patrick Ness. Ever since I have been a fan of her whimsical style of drawing. When looking at her work in relation to this project I found a wealth of inspirational images. I really like how delicate her work is ,and the sketch like technique and muted colour palette are something that I can relate to in my own work.
